The author of Miraculous Silence by Penguin Random House, Mitra has reached audiences through her writings, teachings and music and been a guest at the United Nations, The Awake Show, Â Larry King, Maria Menounos, and a vocalist/songwriter on many albums such as, Â Persian Treasures, Nirvana, The Sun Shines in You, Two Worlds, and the film scores of Spartacus, The Olive Harvest, and Shanghai Red. Mitra continues to implement programs in the U. S. and Iran to create empowerment, healing, and awareness.
